THE BACKGROUND
Located in a highly sought-after London neighbourhood, this premium four-bedroom property possessed significant market value but suffered from an outdated, fragmented layout. The ground floor featured a separate kitchen and a small study/reception room, dividing the potential living space into dark, isolated pockets.
THE CHALLENGE
The current owners wanted to sell the house for its true worth, but potential buyers—increasingly looking for open-plan, family-centric living—struggled to see past the existing dividing walls. The cost and disruption of physical renovation were major deterrents for prospective buyers viewing the property “as-is”.
OUR APPROACH & SOLUTION
We stepped in to visually execute a “digital renovation.” By accurately modelling the ground floor, we structurally merged the cramped kitchen and isolated study into one expansive, sun-drenched open-plan living area. Styled with high-end contemporary finishes and bespoke lighting, the final photorealistic images gave the estate agents a powerful marketing tool — allowing them to sell a vision of modern luxury and giving buyers the confidence to make an offer.
